Singapore Office Space Tour - Raffles Place, Shenton Way & Tanjong Pagar

Today, we had a site viewing tour to many offices in the Raffles Place, Shenton Way and Tanjong Pagar sectors. Below are the many photos we have taken along the way.

Our first stop is a nicely fitted shophouse office at Far East Square. It is approx. 1,152sf and asking rent is $6.80 psf pm.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Next, we visited 2 fitted office units at 6 Raffles Quay. 6 Raffles Quay is within 5 mins sheltered walk to Raffles Place MRT station. The first office is approx. 1,593sf and asking rent is $8.50 psf pm. It comes fully fitted with rooms and workstations. 

 

The second office unit at 6 Raffles Quay is partially fitted with rooms. It has a partial view of Marina Bay Sands.

 

We then visited Keck Seng Tower and Cecil Court before proceeding to International Plaza. International Plaza is located above Tanjong Pagar MRT station. 

This office space is approx. 1,690sf and asking rent is $8.00 psf pm. It comes fully fitted with rooms and workstations.

This office unit is on the high floor and as such provides a nice view facing Pinnacle @ Duxton and conservation shophouses.

 

We then proceeded to another fitted office in International Plaza. This office is approx. 1,500sf and asking rent is $7.00 psf pm.

 

Next, we have a look at some shophouse offices along Tanjong Pagar Road. These conservation shophouses typically has retail shops, restaurants or pubs on the ground floor, and offices on the upper floors.

 

Lunchtime! We walked across to Duxton Road to a nice place called Merchants at 52 Duxton Road. The Latte here is good.

 

After a full meal, time to start walking and burn away those calories.. First building is Anson House located opposite M Hotel and approx. 5-10 mins walk from Tanjong Pagar MRT station.

We think the Bare unit at Anson House is one of the best in Tanjong Pagar sector. It has a wonderful high ceiling, full height windows for excellent natural lighting and raised flooring.

There are 2 nicely fitted offices here. 

 

Below are some photos of conservation shophouses along Amoy Street. Amoy Street is located very near Telok Ayer and Tanjong Pagar MRT stations and approx. 10-15 mins walk to Raffles Place MRT station.

Nice Conservation Shophouses along Cantonment Road

Today, we visited two nice conservation shophouses along Cantonment Road. Many office tenants do not know of these great spaces in this location. Outram Park MRT station is only a close 5 minutes sheltered walk away.

There are 2 shophouses for rent currently. One is approx. 3,000sf, a 2 storey shophouse with attic and the other one is approx. 3,800sf, a 3 storey shophouse with attic. Both are in fitted condition with air-cons and some partition rooms.

Today, we visited EFG Bank Building, located at 25 North Bridge Road. EFG Bank Building is a 9-storey office building completed in June 2009. There is a cafe on the ground floor. It is within 8-10 mins walk to City Hall and Clarke Quay MRT Stations. Boat Quay is also just a 5 mins walk away where you can find many restaurants, bars and pubs.
